About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and evolve cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS, as code using Terraform
Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and guardrails for safe agentic releases
Manage and scale multi-region Kubernetes clusters
Maintain and evolve reusable Helm charts and deployment workflows
Strengthen observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting, including AI-assisted remediation and clear alert ownership
Harden infrastructure security through image scanning, policy-as-code, network segmentation, and firewall configuration
Partner with product engineering teams on infrastructure needs
Enable developers and agents to deploy and manage services independently
Participate in the on-call rotation

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering
AI-forward approach and AI-native standards
Strong experience with cloud platforms; AWS preferred, with Azure or GCP experience transferable
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and managing deployments
Proficient with Kubernetes in production environments
Experience with Docker and containerized applications
Experience with observability tools, including monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Strong collaboration skills and ability to support engineering teams
Strong communication skills to explain platform complexity and trade-offs clearly
Expert-level English, spoken and written
