About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interpret payer contract terms and translate them into build specifications across multiple reimbursement systems.
Analyze payment variances and reimbursement trends to identify systemic issues and support contract maintenance and pricing strategy.
Perform contract modeling and financial scenario analysis to support budgeting, strategic pricing adjustments, reimbursement projections, and contract performance evaluation.
Support strategic pricing initiatives and reimbursement analysis across commercial and governmental payer agreements.
Collaborate with Reimbursement, Managed Care, Revenue Cycle, Finance, and system teams to resolve contract-related issues and ensure alignment with contractual intent.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.
Minimum of 4+ years of healthcare finance, reimbursement, managed care, revenue cycle, or related analytical experience.
Demonstrated understanding of payer reimbursement methodologies, contract interpretation, and financial analysis.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
