About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of assigned Kinetic modules across a global, multi-site footprint
Facilitate workshops, fit-gap analysis, and process design sessions with business stakeholders
Translate A&D operating requirements into Kinetic configurations, BPMs, BAQs, and dashboards
Partner with integration leads on connections to portals, third-party platforms, and Epicor ECM (DocStar), which will be deployed pervasively across modules
Develop training materials and SOPs; support hypercare and user adoption
Coordinate with adjacent functional leads to ensure end-to-end process integrity across the Kinetic footprint

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years implementing relevant ERP modules
4 to 5 full-cycle Epicor Kinetic (or earlier Epicor) implementations
Experience on global ERP implementations (multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-site)
Working knowledge of domain best practices across functional areas of focus
Manufacturing industry experience; Aerospace & Defense strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Epicor ECM (DocStar)
