Requirements

What you’ll need

Active IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) or Public Trust clearance (required)
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II Certifications are required
5+ years of professional engineering experience, with senior-level ownership of production systems
Hands-on experience delivering at least one end-to-end Agentforce or AI-based Salesforce implementation
Expert-level development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript, with strong software design discipline
Working knowledge of federal security standards, including Section 508 compliance and sensitive data handling (e.g., FTI)
