About the role

  • Support Pega delivery by documenting current‑ and future‑state workflows
  • Define case lifecycles and data objects
  • Produce high‑quality Epics and user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps
  • Ensure backlogs are well‑structured, traceable, and ready for delivery
  • Support UAT and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT delivery
  • At least 3+ years supporting BPM and/or Pega initiatives
  • Proven experience analyzing and documenting business processes, rules, SLAs, and controls
  • Strong hands‑on ability to write Epics and user stories in Gherkin with clear, testable acceptance criteria
  • Extensive experience using Azure DevOps (ADO Boards) for backlog management and delivery tracking
  • Experience partnering closely with development and QA teams, including UAT support
  • Strong facilitation, analytical, and technical writing skills in client‑facing environments
  • Basic technical awareness of APIs, JSON, and SQL to support data and integration discussions
  • PCBA or CBA certification preferred
