About the role

  • Establish order, structure, and efficiency across multiple workstreams
  • Drive organizational alignment by influencing stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, vendors, and executive leadership
  • Use Jira to build program-level dashboards, dependency maps, commit vs. actual views, and early-warning insights
  • Improve program efficiency by identifying operational gaps, reducing noise, streamlining processes, and unblocking teams
  • Lead executive-level updates with clarity, transparency, and fact-based storytelling
  • Navigate ambiguity and complex stakeholder dynamics with confidence
  • Act as the gatekeeper for new requests, ensuring roadmap integrity and escalating scope shifts when needed
  • Maintain deep understanding of program details (roadmap, sequencing, team roles, and technical constraints)

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading large-scale program or technical program management initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to organize chaos: creating structure, governance, operating models, and predictable execution frameworks
  • Proven track record influencing executives, business leaders, and technical teams
  • Strong communicator capable of distilling complexity into concise, transparent updates
  • Advanced Jira user (not an admin)
  • Atlassian Certifications in Agile Project Management with Jira or Jira Software is preferred
  • Experience leading vendor-driven delivery and orchestrating multi-team dependencies across internal and external partners.
