About the role

  • This is a remote position. We seek an experienced and innovative Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our client’s objectives. Act as a strategic leader, collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements, architect scalable solutions, and ensure optimal use of the Salesforce platform. Architect end-to-end solutions incorporating custom applications, integrations, and configurations while guiding development to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks. Design scalable systems and oversee integrations with external platforms using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft), and other tools. Manage customizations such as Apex code and Lightning Web Components. Collaborate with business leaders and product owners to align technical specifications with organizational goals. Optimize the Salesforce environment for performance, scalability, and security. Enforce governance policies, maintain detailed documentation, and stay informed of Salesforce releases and trends to drive innovation and enhance business value.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform. 2+ years in a Salesforce Architect or similar senior technical role. Salesforce Technical Architect Certification or progress toward it preferred. Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect Certification Preferred. Expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), Python knowledge is a bonus. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, flows, and declarative tools. Experience with integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft). Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Copado) and tools like Git. Understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules in Salesforce. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
