About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You work with online shops you personally enjoy shopping at (cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, fashion, etc.)
You are the central point of contact between our clients and the team.
Through regular check-in calls and close collaboration you build strong client relationships and take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
You have a dedicated operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation.
Your main focus is developing strategy and establishing best practices.
Our clients are always open to innovative tests, and we have the technical resources to turn your ideas into reality.
You have direct influence on our clients' growth rate and profitability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM and want to deepen your expertise.
Experience with Klaviyo is a plus, but your willingness to learn new tools is essential.
You are outgoing, and your positive demeanor makes it easy for others to approach you.
You can interpret data and translate insights into creative marketing strategies.
You speak fluent German and have solid written and spoken English skills.
