About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You work with online stores
- You are the central point of contact between our clients and the team
- Through regular check-in calls, you build strong relationships with our clients
- You take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing projects
- You have a direct impact on our clients' growth rate and profitability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
- Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- You are fluent in German and have solid written and spoken English skills
- Analytical mindset and creativity
