About the role
- Pipeline generation: Own the top of our sales funnel and, after a full ramp-up, generate 50+ qualified meetings per month.
- Master our signal-based outbound methodology within your first 2 weeks.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone.
- Qualify prospects according to our ICP criteria and strategic fit.
- Prospect outreach: Research and identify decision-makers at target accounts.
- Craft personalized messages that stand out and generate responses.
- Handle objections and qualify purchase intent before booking meetings.
- Use our advanced sales tool stack to maximize efficiency and output.
- Maintain detailed CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Test and iterate messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates.
- Provide detailed handovers to Account Executives for seamless transitions.
- Deliver insights from prospect conversations to refine our ICP and positioning.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or demonstrable top performance in customer-facing roles.
- Very strong written and verbal communication in German and English.
- Ability to quickly understand and clearly communicate complex value propositions.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail in target-customer/prospect qualification.
- Resilience and persistence when facing rejection.
- Digital fluency and the ability to quickly master new sales tools.
