About the role
- You work with online shops
- Act as the central point of contact between our clients and the team
- Build strong relationships with our clients
- Take responsibility for planning, coordinating and executing projects
- Develop and implement best practices
- Run innovative tests and turn ideas into action
- Influence our clients' growth rate and profitability
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
- Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies
- Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
