About the role

  • Pipeline generation: Own the top of our sales funnel and, after full ramp-up, generate 50+ qualified meetings per month.
  • Master our signal-based outbound methodology within your first two weeks.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone.
  • Qualify prospects according to our ICP criteria and strategic fit.
  • Research and identify decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Craft personalized messages that stand out and generate responses.
  • Handle objections and qualify purchase intent before booking meetings.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and provide accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Test and iterate messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates.
  • Handover thoroughly to Account Executives for seamless transitions.
  • Deliver insights from prospect conversations to help refine our ICP and positioning.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or demonstrable top performance in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to quickly understand and clearly communicate complex value propositions.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail in target customer/prospect qualification.
  • Resilience and persistence when facing rejection.
  • Digital fluency and the ability to quickly master new sales tools.
