About the role

  • You work with online shops you enjoy shopping from (cosmetics, jewelry, supplements, fitness products, fashion, etc.)
  • You are the main interface between our clients and the team
  • Through regular check-in calls and close collaboration, you build strong relationships with our clients and take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing projects
  • You have a dedicated operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation
  • Your main focus is on strategy development and best practices
  • You will manage sending volumes that drive your work and our company forward, ensuring our clients stay at the cutting edge
  • Our clients are always open to innovative tests, and we have the technical resources needed to bring your ideas to life
  • You have direct influence on our clients' growth rate and profitability

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
  • Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus, but your willingness to learn new tools is essential
  • Strong communication skills: You approach people openly, and your positive demeanor makes it easy for others to engage with you
  • Analytical mindset and creativity: You can interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies from it
  • You are fluent in German and have solid English skills, both written and spoken.
