About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Edit and update existing print marketing materials such as postcards, menus, flyers, posters, and other promotional pieces.
Prepare art files for press and print standards, including packaging natives and exporting press-ready PDFs.
Resize, adjust, and repurpose existing artwork for different formats and marketing needs.
Verify that marketing products uphold design standards and follow instructions received in requests from the customer and Project Coordinator (PC).
Thoroughly proof artwork and abide by established design standards and print specification checklists to ensure error-free material.
Effectively communicate with coworkers via email, direct message, phone, or face-to-face.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferred (but not required) 2-year degree or more from a college or technical school in Graphic Design or related area of study.
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook or similar email client, Adobe Acrobat, and web browsers such as Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
Strong ability to receive and handle in-depth constructive criticism
Ability to proof artwork for spelling, accuracy of content, and overall design
Time management and organization skills
Professionalism and attention to detail
