About the role
- Proactive lead generation: You apply our ICP and proactively reach out to potential customers across various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, events, etc.), spark interest in MAIA, and fill our pipeline.
- Intelligent qualification: You perform structured lead qualification according to clearly defined ICP criteria, using prospecting tools, industry knowledge, and AI-supported approaches to increase efficiency and personalize outreach.
- Communication: You craft persuasive, personalized messages and aren’t afraid to try new communication approaches to book meetings for our sales team.
- Process design & optimization: You actively help shape our top-funnel/outreach sales development process and contribute your own ideas.
- Team collaboration: You work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize our go-to-market strategy and share valuable market insights.
- Data-driven approach: You track your KPIs, analyze your results, and derive optimization opportunities for your outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Sales experience: You have 1–2 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience (ideally in a startup or scale-up).
- Experience with outreach tools (e.g., Amplemarket, Surfe, HubSpot).
- Strong cold-calling skills.
- Structure & creativity: You work in a structured way and are comfortable with CRM systems, while also bringing creativity to your solutions.
- Initiative & drive: You take ownership, work result-oriented, and have the motivation to achieve challenging targets.
- Adaptability & willingness to learn: You thrive in a dynamic startup environment, are adaptable, and have a desire to continuously learn.
- Communication skills: You are articulate, confident, and can convey complex topics clearly and persuasively in German (native or C2 level) and in good English.
- Tech & AI enthusiasm: You have a strong passion for technology and already have practical experience using AI tools in a sales context.
