DevOps Engineer

• Make MAIA's platform reliable, secure, auditable, and developer-friendly.
• Take full ownership of our infrastructure and establish the standards that will govern how it grows.
• Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and deployment workflows.
• Build out and mature our observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Sentry, PostHog).
• Implement and own our security fundamentals: IAM, secrets management, TLS, vulnerability scanning, and patch management.
• Drive the technical controls required for our ISO 27001 certification and build the systems that produce auditable evidence continuously.

Lead DevOps - Platform Engineer

• You will be the first person to take full ownership of this area.
• Your mission is to make MAIA's platform reliable, secure, auditable, and developer-friendly at a stage where every decision you make has lasting impact.
• You will take full ownership of our infrastructure and establish the standards that will guide its growth — Hetzner as primary, with AWS, GCP, and Azure for selected services.
• You will own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and deployment workflows — improving rollout strategies, versioning, and rollback procedures from their current state.
• You will build out and mature our observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Sentry, PostHog) so that issues are detected before customers notice them.
• You will implement and own our security fundamentals: IAM, secrets management, TLS, vulnerability scanning, and patch management.
• You will drive the technical controls required for ISO 27001 certification and build systems that continuously produce auditable evidence.

• Intelligent qualification: You carry out structured lead qualification based on clearly defined ICP criteria and use prospecting tools, industry knowledge and AI-supported methods to increase efficiency and personalization.
• Communication: You craft persuasive, personalized messages and are not afraid to try new communication approaches to generate meetings for our sales team.
• Process design & optimization: You actively shape our top-funnel/outreach sales development process and contribute your own ideas.
• Team collaboration: You work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize our go-to-market strategy and share valuable market insights.
• Data-driven approach: You track your KPIs, analyze your performance and derive optimization opportunities for your outreach strategies.

Senior SDR
