About the role

  • Proactive lead generation: You apply our ICP and proactively reach out to potential customers across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, events, etc.), sparking interest in MAIA and filling our pipeline.
  • Intelligent qualification: You conduct structured lead qualification based on clearly defined ICP criteria, using prospecting tools, industry knowledge, and AI-assisted approaches to increase efficiency and personalization.
  • Communication: You craft compelling, personalized messages and aren’t afraid to experiment with new communication approaches to book meetings for our sales team.
  • Process design & optimization: You actively shape our top-funnel/outreach sales development process and contribute your own ideas.
  • Team collaboration: You work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize our go-to-market strategy and share valuable market insights.
  • Data-driven approach: You track your KPIs, analyze your performance, and derive optimization opportunities for your outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience (ideally in a startup or scale-up).
  • Experience with outreach tools (e.g., Amplemarket, Surfe, HubSpot).
  • Strong cold-calling skills.
  • You work in a structured way and are comfortable using CRM systems, while also bringing creativity to your problem-solving.
  • You take initiative, are results-oriented, and have the motivation to achieve challenging targets.
  • You thrive in a dynamic startup environment, are adaptable, and eager to continuously learn.
  • You are articulate, confident, and can convey complex concepts simply and persuasively in German (native or C2 level) and good English.
  • You have a strong passion for technology and practical experience using AI tools in a sales context. Since we develop AI technology ourselves, it’s crucial that you can competently use AI-enabled sales tools and understand and embrace the potential of modern technologies.
