Requirements

  • Solid expertise in SEA/PPC / Paid Media
  • Experience in managing employees
  • Empathetic leadership with clear goal orientation
  • Confident conflict management and supporting employees through coaching
  • Clear communication with clients, team members and internal stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and balancing quality standards with commercial thinking
  • Excellent German at C2 level; good English skills are an advantage
