About the role
- Strategic management and development of a defined client portfolio
- Proactive identification of growth potential as well as cross- and upselling opportunities
- Independent responsibility for pitches, proposal processes and tenders
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through regular reviews and transparent communication
- Close collaboration with internal specialist departments
- Preparation and presentation of reports and decision documents for clients and stakeholders
- Contract and terms negotiations as well as relationship management at decision-maker level
- Representation of MAIxpose360 at events and client meetings
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a digital environment (e.g., online marketing, digital sales, consulting)
- Strong rhetorical skills and communication abilities
- Good sense for business perspectives and strategic consulting
- Ability to create persuasive presentations and designs
- Ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and common sales methodologies
- Fluent German (C2), good English is an advantage
- Independent, reliable and goal-oriented working style
- Openness to direct customer contact and long-term relationship building
- Willingness to work on-site at one of the locations at least 2 days per week (Augsburg, Hamburg, Berlin)
