Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years in financial services, investment/wealth management, or capital markets technology
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred)
Deep understanding of asset classes, securities, portfolio management, trading, compliance, and performance reporting
Expertise in trade life cycles, mutual funds, ETFs, derivatives, and structured products
Strong grasp of SMF, IBOR, portfolio accounting, and investment risk data attributes
Hands-on with Charles River IMS (CRIMS) implementations, upgrades, and workflows
Proficiency with Bloomberg DL, PORT, RIMES, Refinitiv, FactSet, Markit EDM, State Street DataGX/Alpha, BARRA risk analytics
Familiarity with Snowflake, SQL, PowerBI, MS Excel/Visio, and data visualization/reporting tools
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies
Strong documentation, requirements analysis, and process modeling skills
Exceptional communication and influence skills
Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset
Ability to work independently while managing complex stakeholder needs
Leadership in mentoring, knowledge sharing, and fostering collaboration.
