About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the MAHLE Powertrain and Charging NA project management team
- Ensure successful execution of product development projects
- Oversee budgets, resources, and escalations
- Manage and analyze resources, budgets, deviations in alignment with the Top Management
- Act as a focal point for all commercial discussions/negotiations for the assigned customer accounts
- Report on performance achievement to directors and identifies areas of opportunity and risk
- Drive and Support a global knowledge transfer about “best practice”
- Perform competitive landscape analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree; Engineering, Business or any other combined with the experience
- PMP Certification
- Understanding of project management as is typical in the automotive industry
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Minimum of eight (8) years of job experience in a related technical field
- Understanding of cost, quality and timing, related to Launching Projects and Products.
- Experience leading a team successfully from Acquisition all the way to Production.
