About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the delivery of HR Shared Services engagements across the region.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR SSC processes using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Oversee quality management within the HR SSC by defining KPIs and monitoring performance.
  • Proactively identify risks to service delivery and coordinate recovery actions.
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal controls and local regulations.
  • Coach and enable HR SSC teams and managers through performance feedback and training initiatives.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and contribute to service expansion and new initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Academic degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR Services, HR Operations, SSC/BPO environments, or similar service delivery models.
  • Proven experience working in a quality‑driven environment, with hands‑on application of Lean, Six Sigma, quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Demonstrated track record in implementing, optimizing, and governing HR processes and service delivery models at regional or global level.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HR, PeopleDoc, or ticketing systems is a plus.
