About the role

  • Analysis of business processes to optimize the existing environment
  • Rollout and support SuccessFactors Cloud application modules focusing Performance & Goals, Succession & Development and Compensation
  • Solution design, customization, Implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes
  • Strategic development of the cloud landscape and interface/integration with corresponding systems or add-on applications
  • Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable education
  • At least 3 years of experience in advising SAP SuccessFactors
  • Previous experience in IT project management (planning and implementation)
  • Very good knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors
  • SAP Certified Application Associate within the relevant areas beneficial
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and understand business impact of IT system
