About the role

  • You will be responsible for the legal structuring and execution of domestic and international corporate transactions (M&A), the formation of joint ventures, venture capital transactions, group financing projects, and internal corporate reorganizations
  • This includes providing comprehensive legal advice, including analysis and coordination activities
  • You will independently draft and negotiate transaction documents, provide post‑M&A advice, and support the post‑merger integration from a legal perspective
  • You will also act independently as the in‑house expert for all matters relating to corporate, contractual, and commercial law
  • You will contribute independently to interdisciplinary projects and work closely with specialist departments, project management, and the company’s executive management

Requirements

  • You have completed your legal studies with full qualification as a lawyer and above‑average exam results
  • You bring several years of experience in the area of M&A — ideally gained in industry or in a business‑oriented law firm
  • You possess in‑depth knowledge of corporate and commercial law
  • International experience in an English‑speaking environment is an advantage
  • You work in a structured and meticulous manner and keep an overview even in complex situations
  • You stand out through strong communication skills, the ability to integrate and cooperate, and a high degree of team orientation
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
