About the role
- Consolidate and analyze key HR metrics for units in Brazil and Argentina;
- Develop and maintain dashboards and executive reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel;
- Support global and regional analyses in collaboration with the Global CoE for HR Reporting & Analytics;
- Participate in the preparation of the HR budget and forecasts, and analyze variances in HR budget planning;
- Build simulations and scenarios to assess the impact of headcount movements and organizational structure changes;
- Ensure correct cost allocation and provide support for decision-making;
- Maintain controls, documentation, and audit trails related to HR data and reporting;
- Propose process improvements and ensure governance, standardization, and data quality across the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields);
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Advanced Excel (proficient with formulas and programming);
- Experience with reporting and KPI management;
- Ability to deliver management-level presentations;
- Knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis applied to HR is a plus;
- VBA and Power BI knowledge desirable;
- Experience and familiarity with SAP desirable;
- Knowledge of organizational structure desirable;
- Available to work in Mogi Guaçu, SP in a hybrid format.
