About the role
- Support the maintenance leadership team in ensuring reliable machine performance.
- Drive preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and enhance equipment efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance planning, perform root cause analysis, coordinate shutdown activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company operational standards.
- Review and improve preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) processes.
- Prepare and manage spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
- Plan manpower to support PM and CM activities effectively.
- Control site utilities, mechanical systems, maintenance contracts, and plant infrastructure.
Requirements
- High vocational certificate or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a leadership role; automotive manufacturing preferred.
- Basic English communication skills and computer literacy.
- Experience using SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork capability, good leadership, analytical thinking, and ability to perform under pressure.
