About the role
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the production process
- Ensure compliance with process and product quality requirements to satisfy the customer and the organization's quality system
- Serve as the point of contact with external clients for any requests, including handling complaints and engineering changes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Quality Engineering and/or Customer Quality
- Fluent English
- Experience with GM client and their CSRs
- Customer Service Problem Solving
- Core tools, GD&T
