About the role
- Drive profitable growth by integrating strategic pricing and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance to ensure pricing is competitive and profitable.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Support brand positioning and messaging in alignment with global and regional strategies.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Experience with pricing models, elasticity analysis, and margin optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media).
- Ability to interpret market research and customer insights.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and pricing strategies.
- You must have the legal right to work in Australia without the need for company sponsorship.
