About the role
- Process bi-weekly and weekly payroll.
- Incorporate payroll incidents provided by Human Resources and validate the calculation of earnings, deductions, and contributions.
- Request food voucher cards for new hires.
- Notify the relevant department of the resources required for payroll disbursement, child support payments, union dues, and savings funds.
- Process employee terminations for all companies.
- Manage special payrolls, including Christmas bonus, profit sharing, and annual bonuses.
- Prepare schedules and reports for IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), INFONAVIT (National Workers' Housing Fund Institute), and local tax audits.
- Close payroll schedules and prepare the schedule for annual adjustment.
- Generate and share payroll reports with Human Resources and related departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in Human Resources.
- Experience with SAP (preferred).
- Confident and professional communicator.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- Able to work independently and take on responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset (internal and external).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
