About the role

  • Process bi-weekly and weekly payroll.
  • Incorporate payroll incidents provided by Human Resources and validate the calculation of earnings, deductions, and contributions.
  • Request food voucher cards for new hires.
  • Notify the relevant department of the resources required for payroll disbursement, child support payments, union dues, and savings funds.
  • Process employee terminations for all companies.
  • Manage special payrolls, including Christmas bonus, profit sharing, and annual bonuses.
  • Prepare schedules and reports for IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), INFONAVIT (National Workers' Housing Fund Institute), and local tax audits.
  • Close payroll schedules and prepare the schedule for annual adjustment.
  • Generate and share payroll reports with Human Resources and related departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in Human Resources.
  • Experience with SAP (preferred).
  • Confident and professional communicator.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and take on responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset (internal and external).
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
