About the role
- Providing support to AR Team Lead on transactional activities and reporting activities
- Support to all MAHLE entities within North America
- Maintain Dispute Case Management (DCM) tool updated
- Reconciliation for price adjustment disputes
- Collaborate with all functions related to DCM tool.
Requirements
- Student in the last 2 semesters of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Expertise of Excel (data base, formulas, pivot tables, macros)
- High attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer service oriented, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
