About the role

  • As an HR Consultant (m/f/d), you are the primary HR contact for managers and employees at the plant and take on proactive advising and support in all personnel-related matters.
  • Perform all activities related to operational HR administration, e.g., drafting contracts and certificates.
  • Support and implement personnel measures in compliance with legal, contractual, collective bargaining and personnel requirements.
  • Contribute to personnel and succession planning within your area of responsibility and manage individual compensation determination in accordance with job evaluation.
  • Support the optimization and harmonization of HR processes within the team.
  • Participate in local and strategic HR projects.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkauffrau/-mann).
  • Several years of experience in HR administration or prior experience as an HR Consultant in a company from the metal and electrical industry (M+E).
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining agreements and social security regulations.
  • Quick comprehension as well as a structured and independent way of working.
  • Strong strategic thinking, conceptual skills and project management competency.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with multiple interfaces at all levels within the organization.
  • SAP R/3 knowledge required.
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
