About the role

  • Coordinate APQP phases and submit PPAP packages for new project launches and product/process changes according to customer requirements
  • Request and track all PPAP approvals and obtain signed PSWs
  • Elaborate and follow up on product validation plans
  • Maintain direct contact with customer quality representatives to resolve reported quality issues
  • Create and update Control Plans and participate in risk assessment and PFMEA development and updates
  • Ensure coordination between the customer and plant team regarding issues, changes, and start-ups
  • Deploy all customer requirements and specifications correctly
  • Agree on special characteristics with the customer and ensure proper implementation by the multidisciplinary team
  • Manage customer complaints (8D, 48-hour response, action plan, 8D closure)
  • Participate in RFQ reviews and submissions
  • Prepare and follow up on customer audits and visits
  • Collaborate effectively with all teams to achieve and maintain IATF and ISO certifications

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of quality core tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC
  • Familiarity with problem-solving tools: 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why
  • Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (IATF and ISO standards)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient knowledge of English and Serbian (spoken and written).
