About the role
- Take overall responsibility for the Wustermark production site, covering manufacturing, quality and customer service
- Ensure efficient, cost-effective and on-time production in accordance with business unit and corporate standards
- Drive site development in line with product strategies and new project requirements
- Lead annual planning (investments, sales, personnel) and manage resources and budgets
- Implement measures to improve productivity, quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations ("Safety first, Quality always")
- Collaborate with the works council and lead the team according to MAHLE Leadership Principles
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Several years of leadership experience in operations, ideally within automotive manufacturing
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with works councils
- Strong business acumen, hands-on mentality and a change-oriented mindset
- Fluent in German and English; proficient in SAP and MS Office
