About the role
- Analyze, evaluate and support managers in creating and/or revising job descriptions and personnel movements
- Perform analyses and maintain organizational structures; assess job architecture to ensure internal equity
- Participate in compensation surveys by preparing data for external consultants
- Assess salary bands and pay tables using internal methodologies and policies to maintain market competitiveness
- Manage the benefits package, evaluating costs and internal satisfaction
- Participate in local and global projects related to compensation and benefits
- Support international mobility processes (inbound/outbound expatriation)
- Prepare management reports and analyses to support decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Human Resources or related fields
- Experience in compensation, benefits and organizational structure
- Preferred knowledge of salary surveys and HAY methodology
- Preferred knowledge of labor relations and payroll
- Preferred experience with SAP SuccessFactors/HCM
- Advanced Excel and proficiency with HR systems
- Advanced English
- Minimum 24 months in the same role (internal candidates)
- Availability to work on-site in Mogi Guaçu, São Paulo, Brazil
