About the role
- Ensure the efficiency and reliability of mechanical, electrical/electronic and tooling maintenance operations;
- Plan, organize and coordinate maintenance activities;
- Maximize service performance;
- Contribute to improved productivity and quality metrics;
- Ensure the quality of services performed by third parties;
- Control materials and equipment used in maintenance;
- Promote and consolidate Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices;
- Manage the work team;
- Support quality and continuous improvement programs;
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and occupational health & safety management systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields;
- Advanced level of English;
- Expertise in industrial production machinery and equipment, utilities and building installations;
- Functional knowledge of maintenance and tooling processes and methods;
- Experience managing maintenance in large, diverse manufacturing facilities;
- Experience managing teams and suppliers;
- Prior experience in the automotive sector (preferred);
- Availability to work on-site in Mogi Guaçu - SP.
