About the role
- User Management Setup/block users in JNP and MAPIM
- Data Maintenance & Updates Add/update parts, life cycles, and clean data in ACES, PIES, and MAPIM
- Maintain image data in MAPIM, MediaCockpit, Opticat
- Manage image folders and archives
- Maintain distribution lists and send weekly change reports
- Assign UPCs in SAP
- File Distribution & Uploads Pull and distribute XML files (ACES/PIES)
- Maintain organized file storage by year/month
- Upload ACES/PIES files to SupplyLine (O’Reillys)
- Issue Resolution & Communication Act as prime contact for JNP, MAPIM, SAP, and image lab
- Review WHI/EPICOR reports and resolve missing data issues
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish)
- A bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Certifications in data management, or project management
- Data accuracy and catalog management
- SAP and system proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Cross-functional communication
- Project coordination and organization
