About the role

  • Assist and support the entire Recruitment and Selection process (operational vacancies, interns, and apprentices);
  • Participate in alignment meetings to define the job profile;
  • Assist in preparing job advertisement proposals, validating them with the hiring manager, and posting vacancies on internal channels;
  • Participate in candidate screening and in evaluating internal candidates under the Internal Recruitment Policy;
  • Assist in coordinating pre-selection tests;
  • Support interview scheduling;
  • Notify candidates not selected during pre-selection procedures;
  • Assist with registering candidates in SuccessFactors and SAP to proceed to the medical examination phase;
  • Support employees, managers, and training instructors in carrying out activities on the MAHLE SuccessFactors Learning platform;
  • Participate in the learning, training, and development process for apprentices.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology (from the 2nd year onward);
  • English: Intermediate to Advanced level;
  • Excel: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency;
  • Availability to intern 6 hours/day (Monday to Friday) and to work on-site in Itajubá, MG, Brazil.
