About the role
- Update & set up Learning content based on global Learning concepts delivered by the global CoE
- Answer to first level training related inquiries from MAHLE employees within defined timeframe
- Contribute to the promotion of global Learning activities
- Support the enablement of managers and employees with regard to global Learning policies, standards, processes and tools
- Assist in day-to-day administrative activities within the scope of regional SSC Germany
- Create reports on completions of the training activities within the area of responsibility
- Cooperate with local HR and SME within the organization
- Provide a high level of service to MAHLE employees and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Economics and/or educational studies related to personnel (e.g. Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, IT)
- Professional experience in HR topics, administrational tasks and Learning Management Systems (SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage)
- Experience in modern Talent Management, Learning and Development solutions, tools, technologies and processes
- Experience with maintaining content on global Learning Platforms
- Automotive industry Experience/Background
- Good communication skills (spoken and written) & stakeholder management
- Business fluent in English and German
