About the role

  • Managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments
  • Handling foreign currency transactions, maintaining financial records
  • Collaborating with Japan AR and other teams to resolve issues
  • Performing reconciliations, supporting financial reporting to meet closing deadlines
  • Process payment, Cash transfer on Web banking
  • Revaluation of foreign currency receivable and payable and booking into the system
  • Monitoring and review bank fees, Bank balance reconciliation
  • AR/AP transaction reconciliation, Prepare liquidity report
  • File AP vouchers and documents & IC reconciliation and IC balance management
  • Execute report in TM 5 (IC Monthly reconciliation/IC Balance)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Good command of English and Thai
  • Japanese: fluent at both verbal and written including literacy of “Kanji” (JLPT N3 or above)
  • Working at manufacturing industry or company with production site is a plus
  • Intermediate/advance level of Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills with team as both interpersonal and team
  • Timely and accurate process with ability to meet deadlines financial closing timeline
  • Open mind, self-starter, multi-tasking at fast pace working environment
