About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct site surveys for ESS/BESS, Telecom, and Solar projects, including load assessment and feasibility analysis
Execute Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of: ➢ Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) ➢ Inverters, PCS, and related systems ➢ Telecom power backup solutions
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams
Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and performance issues
Ensure proper documentation, including: ➢ Site survey reports ➢ Commissioning reports ➢ Service reports and warranty claim details
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, and service) for smooth project execution
Support customers in AMC/CAMC and after-sales service activities
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures
Travel to project sites as per business requirements
