Key responsibilities & impact

Handle technical queries related to Chargers or installations
Coordinate with Sales & Service team at dealerships for monitoring and activation of services
Support and guide customers in getting approvals from DISCOM / Society
Provide periodic updates and technical support to field teams
Educate Sales team and customers on Charger Installation processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Electrical Engineering degree
Strong background in Electric Vehicle / AC & DC EV Charger (3.3 to 200 kW)
Sound knowledge of Charger Installation, troubleshooting, and Electricity Regulatory information
Ability to handle queries related to approvals, product and installation safeties
Good communication skills
Financial & commercial knowledge is an added advantage
Self-starter and ready to hit the ground running
