About the role

  • Build new business and develop a defined customer and contact base in the DACH region for our TIMEBASE® solution.
  • Identify corporate structures, develop sales strategies and manage the entire process from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Build relationships with people, not just job titles.
  • Build a robust pipeline and negotiate with decision-makers.
  • Work closely with product management, consulting and development.
  • Conduct market research, networking and maintain a presence at relevant industry events.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B software sales.
  • Ideally experience with complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in healthcare / eHealth is a plus but not required.
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and a good sense for decision-making processes.
  • Proficient in target vs. actual (gap) analysis — i.e., you analyze the customer's current situation.
  • Skilled at building relationships and conducting client conversations.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC.
