About the role
- Build new business and develop a defined customer and contact base in the DACH region for our TIMEBASE® solution.
- Identify corporate structures, develop sales strategies and manage the entire process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Build relationships with people, not just job titles.
- Build a robust pipeline and negotiate with decision-makers.
- Work closely with product management, consulting and development.
- Conduct market research, networking and maintain a presence at relevant industry events.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B software sales.
- Ideally experience with complex sales cycles.
- Experience in healthcare / eHealth is a plus but not required.
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and a good sense for decision-making processes.
- Proficient in target vs. actual (gap) analysis — i.e., you analyze the customer's current situation.
- Skilled at building relationships and conducting client conversations.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC.
