About the role

  • Build new business and develop a defined customer and contact base in the DACH region for our TIMEBASE® solution
  • Identify corporate group structures and develop sales strategies
  • Network with decision-makers and build a robust pipeline
  • Conduct negotiations with decision-makers and take true responsibility for closing deals
  • Work closely with product management, consulting and development

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably with complex sales cycles
  • Experience in healthcare / eHealth is a plus but not required
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and a good sense for decision-making logic
  • Good skills in target-vs-actual analysis (gap analysis)
  • Ability to build relationships and conduct stakeholder conversations
  • Team player with collaborative decision-making
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and an understanding of modern B2B sales methodologies
