About the role
- Build new business and develop a defined customer and contact base in the DACH region for our TIMEBASE® solution
- Identify corporate group structures and develop sales strategies
- Network with decision-makers and build a robust pipeline
- Conduct negotiations with decision-makers and take true responsibility for closing deals
- Work closely with product management, consulting and development
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably with complex sales cycles
- Experience in healthcare / eHealth is a plus but not required
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and a good sense for decision-making logic
- Good skills in target-vs-actual analysis (gap analysis)
- Ability to build relationships and conduct stakeholder conversations
- Team player with collaborative decision-making
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and an understanding of modern B2B sales methodologies
