• Assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across social media, e-mail, PPC, print, and other channels
• Support the creation and maintenance of website, blog, and social media content (including light graphics/design work), ensuring alignment with brand identity and regulatory guidelines
• Schedule and post content across all social media platforms, ensuring messaging maintains a tone consistent with the brand's voice, and own engagement, responses, and routing of messages to the appropriate internal contacts
• Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, and webinars including booth materials, shipping, lead capture, and post-event reporting
• Maintain and organize marketing assets, creative files, and collateral, ensuring version control and updates are made as new materials are developed
• Support with the execution of marketing requests from cross-functional teams and ensure projects are on track for timely execution
• Partner with the Sr. Marketing Manager, Digital in the compilation and analysis of marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, recommend improvements, and aid Commercial Strategy team in aggregating reporting
• Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing for marketing projects and agency partners
• Support internal communication initiatives, including drafting updates, newsletters, and presentations that keep employees informed and aligned

Marketing Coordinator

Product Marketing

• Develop high-quality, evidence-based sales enablement materials (slide decks, brochures, battle cards, FAQs, etc.)
• Translate complex clinical data into clear, compelling messaging for clinicians and hospital administrators
• Partner with Clinical and Medical Affairs to maintain core clinical claims and positioning across HCP channels
• Collaborate across Clinical and Commercial teams to own and evolve educational webinar strategy, content, and execution
• Develop and lead HCP-facing marketing efforts with regards to conferences, trade shows, and provider education events
• Support launch planning for new products, updates, software enhancements, and expanded treatment indications
• Partner with Product and Clinical teams to build foundational launch assets including claims architecture, value propositions, training materials, KOL marketing, and HCP collateral
• Monitor competitors in neuromodulation and depression treatment modalities (TMS, ECT, ketamine, emerging technologies and therapies), developing comparative materials and ensuring field teams are armed with the most current comparisons
• Deliver concise competitive insights and tools to support Sales positioning and handling of objections or clinical analysis by customers and prospects
• Support Marketing and Product teams with content submission, tracking, and approval through Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and external reviewers for all clinical and product-focused materials

Product Marketing Manager – HCP, Clinical

Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial and government payer accounts, including regional MCOs, national & federal plans, ACOs, and state Medicaid agencies.
• Lead discussions with payers to secure positive coverage determinations, pilot opportunities, or pathway inclusion for SAINT® therapy.
• Engage with key government agencies (Medicare Administrative Contractors, Medicaid departments, VA/DoD Community Care offices) to address access pathways and reimbursement alignment.
• Support development and submission of payer dossiers, coverage requests, and medical policy evidence summaries.
• Partner with the sales and field reimbursement teams to resolve payer access barriers at provider sites.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align payer strategies across regions and inform national market access priorities.
• Provide payer insights and competitive intelligence to Market Access leadership to shape national coverage and policy strategies.
• Support commercialization and reimbursement readiness activities for SAINT® expansion.
• Coach physician and site partners on payer advocacy, prior authorization processes, and appeals pathways.
• Support development of payer-focused materials, training, and talking points for internal and external use.
• Build relationships with payer medical directors, behavioral health leaders, and influential stakeholders to promote awareness of SAINT®’s clinical and economic value.

• Provide regular market intelligence reports to Market Access leadership.

Payer Relations Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead the design and end-to-end implementation of complex, user-facing features for the Magnus Cloud product, ensuring the application is intuitive, guided, and simple for clinical users.
• Drive feature delivery from conception through deployment, encompassing: Frontend: Hands-on implementation using VueJS (or similar modern frameworks).
• Developing scalable microservices primarily in Node.js and Python.
• Manage, optimize, and ensure the high availability of both NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) databases for the secure and efficient storage of sensitive patient data.
• Operate confidently within our AWS environment, leveraging services like S3, EKS (Kubernetes), and Lambda.
• Ensure all development adheres to rigorous regulatory compliance standards, prioritizing security, quality, and comprehensive documentation.
• Effectively prioritize tasks to balance speed and long-term scalability, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (including data science and medical device teams) to achieve company goals.
