About the role
- Conduct consultative technical visits to clients;
- Assist in monitoring product delivery to customers;
- Register customers and monitor order release/process;
- Perform after-sales follow-up and monitor customer satisfaction;
- Participate in trade shows and sales/brand promotion events;
- Actively prospect clients and provide specialized consultancy;
- Reactivate accounts and recover former customers in the consumer sector;
- Manage the client portfolio by conducting visits, maintaining contacts, building relationships, and developing business;
- Conduct consultative sales, ensuring each product is applied correctly to guarantee safety, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- CORE;
- CNPJ-ME (microenterprise registration);
- Holds a valid driver's license (categories AB or B);
- High school diploma;
- Interest in working with the public;
- Basic computer skills;
- Interest and willingness to perform active client acquisition;
- Sales experience (experience with tires is a plus).
