About the role

  • Conduct consultative technical visits to clients;
  • Assist in monitoring product delivery to customers;
  • Register customers and monitor order release/process;
  • Perform after-sales follow-up and monitor customer satisfaction;
  • Participate in trade shows and sales/brand promotion events;
  • Actively prospect clients and provide specialized consultancy;
  • Reactivate accounts and recover former customers in the consumer sector;
  • Manage the client portfolio by conducting visits, maintaining contacts, building relationships, and developing business;
  • Conduct consultative sales, ensuring each product is applied correctly to guarantee safety, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • CORE;
  • CNPJ-ME (microenterprise registration);
  • Holds a valid driver's license (categories AB or B);
  • High school diploma;
  • Interest in working with the public;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Interest and willingness to perform active client acquisition;
  • Sales experience (experience with tires is a plus).
