About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver theoretical and practical aircraft type training in accordance with approved training programmes, EASA Part-147 and Part-66 requirements, and company standards, both on-site and online
Conduct training activities across Asia, travelling to customer locations as required to support training delivery and customer needs
Support examination activities, including acting as an examiner or invigilator, and contribute to the development of examination question banks
Assist with course planning and the continuous improvement of training syllabi, training needs analyses (TNAs), and training materials
Collaborate with the training team to ensure high-quality training delivery, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer satisfaction while maintaining personal competency and instructor approvals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant aviation education with at least 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience
3 years of aircraft type training instructor experience under EASA Part-147 and Part-66, or an equivalent regulatory framework
Valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence or an equivalent licence issued by a national aviation authority, with experience on A320 and B737 aircraft types (additional type ratings are an advantage)
Strong knowledge of EASA Part-66, Part-147, ICAO requirements, and aircraft maintenance training principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical training to diverse audiences and a willingness to travel extensively within Asia
Professional fluency in English, strong computer skills, and a proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach to work
