About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver theoretical and practical aircraft type training in accordance with approved training programmes, EASA Part-147 and Part-66 requirements, and company standards, both on-site and online
- Conduct training activities across Asia, travelling to customer locations as required to support training delivery and customer needs
- Support examination activities, including acting as an examiner or invigilator, and contribute to the development of examination question banks
- Assist with course planning and the continuous improvement of training syllabi, training needs analyses (TNAs), and training materials
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure high-quality training delivery, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer satisfaction while maintaining personal competency and instructor approvals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant aviation education with at least 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience
- 3 years of aircraft type training instructor experience under EASA Part-147 and Part-66, or an equivalent regulatory framework
- Valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence or an equivalent licence issued by a national aviation authority, with experience on A320 and B737 aircraft types (additional type ratings are an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of EASA Part-66, Part-147, ICAO requirements, and aircraft maintenance training principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical training to diverse audiences and a willingness to travel extensively within Asia
- Professional fluency in English, strong computer skills, and a proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach to work
