Lead and mentor a team of engineers developing and deploying the GKOS solution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Cloud, QA, Applogic, and Hardware teams to define and execute the roadmap.
Partner with the Technical Lead to drive architectural decisions for scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.
Ensure high-quality, maintainable code through rigorous code reviews, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve team efficiency and delivery.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and action-oriented follow-ups.
Requirements
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and elevate team performance.
Experience leading software engineering teams, ideally with Linux internals (userspace bundles and application code).
Familiarity with network protocols, APIs, and system services relevant to appliance functionality.
Skilled in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Builds trust across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Influences team alignment and delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
Applies strong situational leadership to adapt and guide effectively.
