About the role

  • Provide recruitment support across various functions and geographies as needed, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a collaborative approach with internal teams.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end executive search processes, partnering closely with senior leadership to identify and attract talent.
  • Lead, and implement strategic TA initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Oversee global relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with hiring goals, cost-effectiveness, and quality of service.
  • Design and evolve recruitment dashboards and metrics to allow for data driven decision making.
  • Drive innovation in recruitment by exploring emerging technologies like AI and advancing tools, processes, and candidate engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including executive search and global hiring
  • Proven success recruiting in the tech industry, with a strong understanding of building partnerships in recruitment with Hiring Managers and Business Partners
  • Experience managing global agency/vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, proactively tackle complex recruitment challenges, and deliver strategic, actionable solutions that drive results.
