About the role
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Access and Extraction portfolio
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple products, ensuring cohesive development, positioning, and delivery across platforms
- Engage deeply with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand pain points, workflows, and emerging needs
- Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery
- Work closely with other product management leaders to ensure alignment across portfolios and share insights
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy
- Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights and customer feedback
- Travel approximately 25% for customer and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years in a Leadership role
- Proven success managing complex, technical product portfolios in security, forensics, or enterprise software
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field
- Experience working with Law Enforcement, Government, or regulated industries (nice to have)
- MBA or advanced Degree preferred (nice to have)
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Candidate must reside in the United States or Canada
