Provide HR administrative support including HR filing, employment verification letters, employee surveys, training set-up, and supporting HR primes on internal committees
Assist with the TA social media channel
Coordinate candidate interviews, process background screening, and assist in overall TA coordination
Provide facilities support including internal event organization and maintaining internal supplies
Project support including updating Excel documents, research, reviewing, and assisting with document creation
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by HR
Requirements
You are a student working towards a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or Finance
Have excellent organizational skills in order to manage issues, projects and deadlines
Have outstanding communications skills, both written and oral
Attention to detail and a focus on data integrity
The ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrate expert proficiency with MS Windows/MS Office Applications
